The Association is taking bids for repairs to the Fire Station Well house.
Repairs will include but are not limited to, removing the old T1-11 siding, installing metal siding, adding metal soffit and fascia, installing interior plywood wall and ceiling sheeting, sealing the building against pest intrusions and some electrical work.
Bids will be accepted through Oct 2nd. Contact the Maintenance Committee to schedule a survey and to submit a bid.
