Attention Wild Horse Ranch Landowners
The current WHRLA board of directors and officers, as recognized by the New
Mexico Department of State, do not recognize the attempted coup of the board by a group
of individuals before the annual members meeting could be held July 5, 2024 at the
pavilion. The “meeting” and “election” held on Friday by those individuals were not conducted with proper notice and process as outlined in the Community Documents of the Wild Horse Ranch Landowners’ Association and there was not a quorum of eligible voting members of the landowners present. A legitimate Member’s Meeting was not held and any actions taken on Friday July 5th are not valid. All current directors and officers were not removed. The board of directors and officers as listed on this website as well as the Secretary of State’s site will continue to conduct the business of the Wild Horse Ranch Landowners’ Association as the duly-elected body.
