Well Combination
The well combinations will be changed on a quarterly basis. Landowners who are current on their assessments may request the new combination via email to maintenance@whrla.com.
Payments for Annual Assessments:
The only method the WHRLA has available for electronic payments is Zelle. Check Zellepay.com to determine if Zelle is available via your banking institution. The Zelle Code is whrla1998 – Please contact Treasurer (treasurer@whrla.com) prior to sending payment via Zelle.
Your banking institution may also provide Bill Pay services.

2027 Assessments are $195 per lot, per year.
***ATTENTION*** 10/14/26 – Phase I Well is down. Unfortunately the association does not have an active maintenance team which means there is no one to look at it or repair it at this time. Jim Feehan, our board President said he’d take a look at it but he won’t be available until next week. Those of you who use this well will now need to use the well located on Phase IV by the mailboxes. Thank you for your patience!
