Well padlock combinations have been changed for the fourth quarter of 2025 in accordance with the Use of Wells Statement. Requests for the combination should be made via maintenance@whrla.com.

The well combinations will be changing for the fourth quarter sometime within the next week. Landowners current on their assessments may request the new combination via email to maintenance@whrla.com.
